Squad Leader

Responsibilities:

Performing combat tasks as part of the unit, managing the squad and ensuring its effective operation, working with personnel, preparing plans and instructions for subordinates, ensuring training and preparation of squad servicemembers.

Requirements:

• Military service experience will be an advantage
• Sergeant rank
• Ability to work in a team and manage subordinates
• Ability to make decisions in stressful situations
